9. Operational Data & Reporting

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

Academic Qualifications:

Functional Skills:

• Strong knowledge of telecom industry best practices and fiber/civil work maintenance standards.
• Hands-on experience with FTTx/P2P deployment, fusion splicing, OTDR, and LSPM.
