PRAG is seeking a highly skilled Digital & Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and maximize returns on advertising spend. This role combines the broad responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Manager with the tactical expertise of a Performance Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee all digital channels, manage agencies/freelancers, and ensure that every marketing initiative directly supports lead generation, sales, and business growth.

Digital Marketing (Strategy & Coordination)

  • Develop and execute PRAG's digital marketing strategy across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email, content, social).

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

  • Manage relationships with agencies and freelancers, setting KPIs and holding them accountable.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales and customer service teams.

  • Oversee website performance and coordinate updates to ensure it supports digital campaigns, SEO, and lead generation.

  • Report on digital marketing performance to senior management.

Performance Marketing (ROI & Optimization)

  • Manage daily paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, retargeting).

  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.

  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.

  • Monitor analytics dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

  • Reallocate ad budgets to top-performing campaigns for maximum efficiency.

Key Metrics of success

  • Increase in qualified leads generated through digital channels.

  • Improved ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and reduced CPA (Cost per Acquisition).

Your Role in our team
