Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Support (E-commerce) team member to assist our online beauty store operations. This role supports the sales and customer service process for all e-commerce channels by managing order processing, assisting customers, coordinating with logistics, and supporting the marketing and product teams.

You will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth customer journey from browsing to post-purchase, while helping the team achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

  • Process online orders accurately and in a timely manner and track shipments and resolve delivery issues
  • Provide exceptional service and follow up on customer issues until resolution by responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media (product questions, order status, returns, etc.)
  • Assist with uploading and updating product listings (images, descriptions, pricing)
  • Ensure stock levels are accurate across all platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
  • Flag and help correct any website or listing errors.
  • Support execution of online promotions and campaigns and assist in tracking sales performance and generating basic reports.
  • Monitor promo code usage and sales impact.
  • Work closely with marketing, fulfillment, and product teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and services.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications and Professional Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, sales support, or customer service (beauty industry a plus).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Jumia, konga ,WooCommerce, Magento, or Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), CRM and Support ticket system
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for beauty and skincare products is a strong advantage

Core Skills and Function. Competencies

  • Experience with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Freshdesk.
  • Familiarity with beauty brand names and product categories.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
