We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Medical Key Account Agent (Sales)
Job Locations: Abuja and Kano
Reports To: Director of Customer Health
Job Description
- The Key Account Agent will be responsible for driving the growth of LifeBank's products and services by engaging with potential clients in hospitals, healthcare institutions, and relevant sectors.
- The Sales Agent's primary responsibility is to identify, acquire, and build long-term relationships with customers, while also meeting individual and team sales targets.
- The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, target-driven individual with a passion for healthcare and a strong ability to communicate LifeBank's services effectively to potential clients.
Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Account Management:
- Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored LifeBank solutions that address their specific challenges in blood, oxygen, Equipment and Consumables Supply.
- Close sales by negotiating terms and conditions, ensuring mutual agreement on service delivery and pricing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Targets & Performance Tracking:
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals by driving revenue growth.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, including lead conversion, meetings held, and deals closed, in alignment with sales objectives.
- Utilize the CRM system to track prospects, opportunities, and sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
Customer Health Management & Retention:
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and LifeBank's operations team, addressing any issues or concerns regarding service delivery.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive continuous support and satisfaction with LifeBank's services.
- Coordinate with the operations team to resolve any client issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Education and Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or B2B sales (experience in selling services to hospitals or healthcare providers is a plus).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
Skills and Competence:
- Ability to present and sell LifeBank's products clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
- Comfortable negotiating terms and closing deals in a competitive market.
- Strong focus on meeting customer needs and providing exceptional service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to achieve sales and organizational goals.

Salary
- N170,000 - N250,000 gross Monthly.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as Head, Financial Performance Management in our rapidly growing Microfinance Bank. This role will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on business and product performance while providing strategic insights to optimize profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth. The successful candidate will ensure that management has the right financial intelligence for informed decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership of banking operations across subsidiaries in
- multiple countries.
- Lead and develop high-performing cross-country operational teams.
- Manage settlements, clearing, reconciliations, trade services and all aspects of operations
- Develop SOP and enforce policies, controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Drive operational efficiency and process automation initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with regulators and ensure compliance with multi-jurisdictional requirements.
- Manage relationships with key financial and regulatory representatives
- Alert management of situations that may materially affect the company's overall financial condition
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
Requirements
- 12–15 years' experience in banking operations, with at least 5 years in leadership role
- Minimum of 10 years' banking experience with strong senior management exposure.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, planning, and performance optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA an advantage.
- Professional certifications (CIBN, ACA, CFA, or equivalent).
