Key Responsibilities:
MEP Design & Installation:
Oversee the design, planning, and execution of MEP systems.
Ensure MEP designs comply with Nigerian building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to integrate MEP systems into building designs.
Project Management & Supervision:
Lead and coordinate MEP installation teams, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.

Cost & Procurement Management:

Health, Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all MEP installations adhere to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures on project sites.
Requirements:
Experience: 5–10 years in MEP engineering within the building services industry.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Project, and other relevant design tools.
Industry Standards: Familiarity with local and international MEP regulations, FIDIC, and Nigerian construction codes.
Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. COREN certification is a plus.
Project Management Skills: Ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and oversee multiple projects.
