• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline; Master's degree is an advantage.


• Minimum of 5 years' proven B2C marketing experience with direct-to-consumer products preferably in fashion.


• Strong background in retail marketing—experience in the UK retail space is highly desirable.


• Proven ability to align marketing with brand identity and speak directly to the customer.


• Experience in performance marketing, digital campaigns, and non-traditional marketing strategies.


• Highly creative with strong technical expertise in leading a marketing function.


• Added advantage: prior experience with global fashion/retail brands (e.g., Next, Zara, Selfridges).
