We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation & CRM Manager to own and optimize all aspects of our marketing automation and CRM operations. This role requires deep expertise in ActiveCampaign (or comparable platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Marketo) with the ability to design, implement, and manage advanced workflows that drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution
- Build, manage, and optimize automated workflows across the entire customer lifecycle (lead capture, nurture, conversion, and retention).
- Develop and launch email and SMS marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
- Create and optimize ActiveCampaign forms, landing pages, and lead capture mechanisms.
