Vacancy: Assistant Vehicle Sales Representatives (FMCG)

Locations: Lagos Island, Ajah, Epe, Ojo, Badagry, Surulere

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential customers.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone call, WhatsApp, and in-person.

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.

- Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.

- Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with their goals.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer preferences to the sales manager.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

- Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of OND or its equivalent.

- Sales Assistants Must have a Valid Drivers License, LASDRI and must be able to drive a Manual Vehicle.

- Bike Sales Assistant must have a valid Riders permit and must be conversant with the road network in the stated area.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in FMCG.
