Professional Experience (Commercial/Industrial Projects Only):
- HVAC Service & Troubleshooting – 3+ years independent experience diagnosing and repairing faults in HVAC/climate systems.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance – 3+ years servicing AHUs, chillers, boilers, VRF/VRV, pumps, sanitary systems.
- Technical Diagnostics (mechanical & electrical) – 2+ years diagnosing faults in sensors, control systems, and automation boards.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Certifications: HSE I–III, NEBOSH, F-Gas handling, ASHRAE HVAC, AutoCAD HVAC.
- Knowledge of smart building, IoT, or geothermal systems (WKO).
- Familiarity with digital reporting tools (SAP, ServiceM8, Excel, etc.).
- International/multinational project exposure.

- Technicians with installation background only (no servicing).
- No prior on-call duty participation.

Role Overview
As a Service & Maintenance Technician (Level 3), you will work independently on the maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced HVAC and building systems in large commercial/industrial facilities.
This is not an installation role — it requires deep diagnostic skills, preventive maintenance, and client-facing communication in mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently diagnose and troubleshoot faults in HVAC and climate systems (AHUs, chillers, VRV/VRF, boilers, sanitary systems, pumps).
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and related systems.
- Conduct adjustments, replacements, and performance improvements.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call duty rotations for emergency repairs.
- Write clear technical service reports and client-ready documentation in English.
- Advise clients on system upgrades, repairs, or replacements.
- Follow service protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborate within structured technical teams, ensuring quality delivery.
- Must-Have Candidate Profile Education
