He/She will report to the CFO providing financial operations support to the company, preparation of statutory and management reports including board package report. Also, he/she implement strategic plans, manage, and control all financial-related activities of the company.
The key accountabilities are:
Ø Direct the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cashflow statement, monthly trial balances and bank remittances, reports to the corporate management team and then to be used in consolidation for TY Holdings Group, tax returns for local, state, and federal governments and tax analysis for TY Holdings Ltd.
