The successful candidate will support field teams in cable installation, duct laying, and related civil works while ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in demanding environments with flexible schedules.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist installation teams in daily fiber deployment activities.
Pull and route fiber optic cables through ducts, trenches, and buildings.
Lay and secure HDPE ducts and conduits according to project specifications.
Clear interlocks and physical obstructions during installations.
Support trenchless installation methods such as thrust boring.
Perform groundwork tasks including trenching, backfilling, and site restoration.
Be available on-call for urgent assignments, including weekends and public holidays.
Ensure proper handling, use, and storage of tools, equipment, and materials.
Adhere to all company, client, and industry safety procedures during field operations.
