Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Content & Social Media: Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google My Business, SEO
• Campaign Execution: Run online/offline activations, including flyers, campus drives, community events, and referral pushes.
• Influencer & Partnerships: Assist in identifying and coordinating influencers, micro-influencers, and community ambassadors.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (sign-ups, engagement, CAC, retention) and provide weekly dashboards.

Requirements

• 1–3 years' experience in marketing, social media, or brand activation.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills (Canva/Adobe a plus).
• Knowledge of Nigerian digital culture, grassroots marketing, and influencer ecosystems.
• Basic familiarity with paid ads (Meta/Google) and tracking tools is desirable.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple campaigns.
