- Shelta Cooperative Officer (2 positions)
Role Summary
The Shelta Cooperative Officer will lead the growth of Shelta's cooperative arm, helping members
and groups build wealth through savings and investment opportunities. This role balances
traditional cooperative savings with innovative investment structures that support home
ownership, property development, and long-term financial security for members.
Key Responsibilities
Mobilize and manage savings contributions from cooperative members.
Develop and promote investment-driven cooperative products (e.g., joint property investment,
pooled housing funds).
- Train and educate members on financial literacy, savings discipline, and investment
opportunities.
Monitor cooperative portfolios and ensure transparent financial reporting.
Build strong trust-based relationships with artisans, professionals, trade associations, and
community groups.
Qualifications
HND/B.Sc. in Cooperative Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
2–4 years of experience in cooperative societies, microfinance, or investment advisory.
Skills
Savings mobilization, investment structuring, financial education.

Role Summary
The Business Growth Officers will lead Shelta for Corporate, focusing on bringing staff benefits,
home ownership projects, rent solutions, and household support programs to organizations across
Nigeria. The role requires strong B2B relationship management and the ability to design impactful
employee-benefit packages.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with HR and corporate executives.
Design and customize corporate home ownership/rent support programs.
Manage accounts and build long-term strategic partnerships.
Develop proposals and pitch decks for executives and boards.
Track KPIs and deliver on agreed sales and partnership targets.
Qualifications
B.Sc./MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, HR solutions, employee benefits, or fintech.
Skills

Prospect, engage, and onboard landlords and property agents.
Manage listings, property documentation, and compliance.
Provide landlord support and resolve disputes where necessary.
Strengthen landlord confidence through trust and transparency.
Qualifications
HND/B.Sc. in Estate Management, Business, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in real estate, property tech, or facility management.
Skills
Sales and negotiation, real estate market knowledge, CRM usage.

2–4 years of experience in customer experience, community engagement, or fintech.
Skills
