Job Summary
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for generating new business by selling engineering and energy management solutions. You'll act as a technical and commercial bridge—understanding client needs, proposing appropriate solutions, and ensuring the delivery of technical value. Your work will support the company's growth across its service lines, including Energy Audits, Integrated Engineering Solutions, EPC (Energy Performance Contracting), and Facility Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue business leads in energy, engineering, and facility sectors.
- Meet with clients to understand technical requirements and energy challenges.
- Develop and present technical proposals, quotations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, project, and procurement teams to design feasible solutions.
- Participate in energy audits and assessments when needed to support sales efforts.
- Negotiate contracts, ensure pricing and terms are profitable while meeting client expectations.
- Maintain and grow relationships with clients—SMEs, commercial buildings, industrial plants.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related technical field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in technical sales or sales engineering—preferably in energy management, renewable energy, industrial systems, or facility services.
- Strong technical knowledge of energy systems, performance contracting, power systems, or mechanical/electrical engineering solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
