Our client, a reputable insurance brokerage firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join the Technical Operations team.
This role will be responsible for policy documentation, claims management, bid preparation, and client service support—all aimed at ensuring seamless service delivery and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispatch broking slips, KYC forms, and review policy documents for accuracy.
- Manage renewals, endorsements, and proactive client reminders.
- Handle client claims from reporting to settlement while liaising with underwriters.
- Prepare and submit bid documents within strict deadlines, and attend bid openings.
- Support revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities (₦20M target).
- Submit monthly underwriting/claims reports and ensure proper documentation on OneDrive.
- Execute assigned strategic initiatives and report progress to the Managing Director.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years' hands-on experience in an insurance brokerage environment.
- Strong knowledge of insurance documentation, claims processing, and bid preparation.
- Excellent communication, client service, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in digital document management tools (e.g., OneDrive).
