Job Description
He/she will be responsible in maintaining and repairing equipments and systems. Perform routine maintenance, preventative measures, troubleshoot issues and make necessary repairs to ensure our facilities operates efficiently and safely.
br>Key Responsibilities:
Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled inspections, fixing leaks, repairing electrical wiring, and replacing light fixtures, etc.
Preventative Maintenance: Performing regular inspections of equipment and systems, lubricating machinery, and ensuring safety equipment is in good working order.
Equipment Maintenance: Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
Troubleshooting and Repair: Identifying and addressing maintenance issues, diagnosing problems, and executing necessary repairs to machinery, equipment, and building structures.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring fire alarms, smoke detectors, and other safety equipment are functioning properly.
Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum of Bachelor degree or equivalent, with additional certifications or training in relevant fields (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Experience:
Previous experience in a maintenance role, ideally with a focus on specific areas like Plumbing, Electrical, Indusrial Machine or HVAC.
Skills
Proficiency with hand and power tools, good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
