Responsibilities
- Secure and manage digital identities across enterprise systems.
- Review and validate access to systems, applications, and data.
- Configure access policies and directory structures to enforce least privilege.
- Manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to meet regulatory and audit requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to users and services.
- Continuously improve IAM processes, tools, and governance practices.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
- 3-year IT-related degree (mandatory).
- CompTIA Security+, SC-300, and AZ-500 certifications (required).
Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience building and managing IAM systems.
- Hands-on expertise with MS Active Directory / Entra ID (preferred).
- Deep knowledge of IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), directory services, and access control models.
- Experience managing identity lifecycle, user provisioning, and role-based access controls.
Core Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of IAM best practices, security governance, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to balance security with usability, ensuring minimal friction for end users.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proactive approach to improving security posture and reducing risk.

Security Strategy Development and Implementation:
Develop and implement the company's cybersecurity strategy to protect information systems and assets.
