Summary
- We are seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Human Resources Assistant in the Human Resources Office.
Duties
- The incumbent provides Human Resources services to employees of the U.S. Mission in Nigeria. Conducts ePerformance, Duty Officer and other relevant trainings to Americans.
- Handles various HR programs and administrative duties, including maintenance of subject files and the preparation of periodic reports on various HR issues as assigned. Public Trust is required for this position.
Requirements:
- All selected candidates must be able to obtain and hold a non-sensitive security clearance.
- All selected candidates will be subject to a background investigation and may be subject to a pre-employment medical exam.
- Selected candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (6 weeks) upon receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.
Education Requirements:
- A University Degree is required.

- Must have good computer skills (Word & Excel) and the ability to type 40WPM.
