- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO14001) aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, CSP, or similar are preferred.
- Experience with HSE management systems, software tools (e.g., Enablon, Intelex, SAP EHS), and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of applicable HSE legislation and international standards.
- Proven experience in risk management, safety systems design, and performance metrics analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with digital transformation in HSE (IoT, real-time dashboards, predictive analytics).
- Experience in high-risk industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, or construction.
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Auto-cad appreciation or it likes. Having the ability to understand drawing and layout
- Several years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the EPCI or construction industry.
- Experience in developing and implementing HSE management systems is essential.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices relevant to the EPCI industry.
- Ability to analyse data, conduct risk assessments, and develop effective HSE strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey HSE information to diverse audiences.
