1. Design and implement the organization-wide L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
2.Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) in collaboration with business leaders and HRBPs. br>3. Create annual learning calendars, including leadership development, functional training, and behavioral skills.
4. Develop and manage e-learning, blended learning, and microlearning strategies.
5. Oversee the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs.

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, work < r>with department managers to assess training and

• Researching new HR technologies and training software < r>solutions, and expected to stay up to date with the
latest developments and news in the Human Resources
field.

Requirements
• First degree or is equivalent in < r>Business administration or any other
relevant discipline.
• Professional certification in HR < r>Management e.g. CIPM, SPHR,
CIPD, etc. will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in
• Proficiency in MS Excel and < r>PowerPoint
• Experience in a manufacturing and < r>FMCG is an added advantage.
Nature of Work: Day and Onsite
Location: Factory, Ogun State
Salary: #2.9m - #3.5m
