Key Responsibilities


•  Handle Enquiries and Walk-Ins: Welcome all walk-in patients and visitors, address their enquiries, and courteously provide information or assistance.


•  Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings both over the phone and in-person, maintaining an organised schedule for clinics, procedures, and follow-ups.


•  Liaison with Patients and Families: Serve as a point of contact for patients and their families, communicating instructions from medical staff, answering questions, and ensuring they feel supported and informed.


•  Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including registration details, appointment logs, and files, while adhering to confidentiality and data protection standards.

•  Rotational Shifts: You will follow a rotational schedule (for example, one week on duty followed by one week off).


•  Accommodation Support: Accommodation will be provided by the company, especially if you are coming from outside the local area.


•  3-Month Shadowing Program: You will undergo a comprehensive three-month onboarding program where you shadow experienced staff members. During this period, your performance and comfort with the duties will be assessed regularly, and feedback will be provided to help you grow into your responsibilities.
