Duties & Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role will be broad and include:
- Partner with the leadership team to understand, define and execute organization-wide HR
strategy especially in terms of future talent needs, retention, and succession planning.
- Develop & update policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations
relating to employment, confidentiality, and global best practices (ensuring policies reflect &
encourage diversity); provide counsel to employees and line managers on company policies

- Monitor all pay practices and systems for effectiveness and cost containment.
- Establish the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay
systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
- Oversee an effective performance management system that drives high performance
including firm-wide strategy formulation & goal setting, continuous monitoring & tracking of
progress against predefined objectives, development of personal improvement plans etc.
- Create learning and development programs and initiatives to promote capacity development for all employees.
• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• Assists managers with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants.
• Prepare & present monthly, quarterly and other periodic reports to the Management Team on all HR related activities to guide decision making.
• Manage Human Resources Information System to ensure accurate and timely availability of information and management reports. Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• MBA or MSc in Human Resource Management or any social science related field will be a added advantage.
• 5+ years' work experience in Human Resources and Administration.
• Possess at least one professional certification – CIPM, HRCI, CIPD, SHRM Desired Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
