About The Role
We are hiring an experienced
Grant Writer
to secure funding from both
local and international donors
. The role requires strong research, writing, and project management skills to develop compelling proposals, manage grants, and maintain donor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential funding opportunities (local & international).
- Write persuasive proposals, concept notes, and reports.
- Collaborate with Finance & Program teams to prepare budgets and project data.
- Manage multiple grant applications and ensure timely submissions.
- Track deliverables, reporting, and donor compliance requirements.
- Support fundraising strategies and strengthen donor relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Communications, English, International Relations, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 5+ years proven experience in grant writing with successful funding track record.
- Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fundraising databases (Salesforce, Donor Perfect, etc.).
