Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures, roads, bridges, dams, water systems, and other infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Conduct site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, and surveys).
- Prepare blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Provide cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for projects.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Oversee construction activities, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement quality assurance/control measures.
- Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven experience in civil engineering design, construction, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, Revit).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
