About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Factory Worker member to join our dynamic team in a high-paced food manufacturing plant. This role plays a critical part in maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring product quality, and upholding food safety and hygiene standards. If you’re hands-on, safety-focused, and quality-driven, we’d love to hear from you.
• Machinery Operation: Operate manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely. < r>• Product Handling: Handle raw materials and finished goods carefully to reduce damage and waste. < r>• Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks; report any product deviations. < r>• Safety & Cleanliness: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and hygienic work area. < r>• Documentation: Accurately record production data and maintain logs. < r>• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines and targets. < r>• Packaging: Package, seal, and label finished products per specifications. < r>• Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions to stay updated on industry practices and company standards. < r>Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required. < r>• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred. < r>• Ability to operate machinery and follow SOPs. < r>• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality. < r>• Physically fit – ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage. < r>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Accurate weighing of raw materials and finished products. < r>• Timely achievement of production targets. < r>• Adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols. < r>• Efficient packaging and batch management.
