Requirements:
- Education bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Professional Certification: ICAN or ACCA (required).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in accounting, preferably within a technology, consulting, or multinational environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SAP (or other ERP/accounting software).
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliation, and IFRS standards.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor the company's financial strategy.
- Develop and implement financial policies, processes and systems in compliance with IFRS standards and statutory regulations.
- Handle all aspects of daily financial management including daily posting of transactions on the company's accounting applications, reconciliations, journals, and ledger administration.
- Prepare and deliver accurate management and financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis according to IFRS standards.
