The Completions Field Supervisor is responsible for the preparation and optimization of Completion designs.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and follow up on Completion equipment preparations
- Prepare Completion programs and run technical reviews
- Troubleshooting and service quality follow up
- Job analysis and closure
- Mentoring of Junior field personnel
Experiences and Exposures
- Bachelor or master's degree in petroleum, mechanical or electrical engineering
- Experience in Lower, Upper, Gauge, Intelligent completions and liner hanger installations
- Minimum experience of 5 years in Completions with at least 10 installations as supervisor
- Ability to run;
- Lower Completion (SAS, Cased and Open hole gravel pack jobs, Formation Isolation valves)
- Upper Completion (Single and dual string, Safety Valves, Packers, Intervention)
- Liner hanger (cemented and uncemented liners, Polish mills, tieback installations)
- Permanent downhole gauges and Intelligent completion
- Experienced in redressing Completions equipment

- Provide technical supervision and guidance to child protection caseworkers, animators, and community-based child protection structures.
