**Completions Field Supervisor / Senior Specialist**
The Completions Field Supervisor is responsible for the preparation and optimization of Completion designs.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Drive and follow up on Completion equipment preparations
+ Prepare Completion programs and run technical reviews
+ Troubleshooting and service quality follow up
+ Job analysis and closure
+ Mentoring of Junior field personnel
**Experiences and Exposures**
+ Bachelor or master's degree in petroleum, mechanical or electrical engineering
+ Experience in Lower, Upper, Gauge, Intelligent completions and liner hanger installations
+ Minimum experience of 5 years in Completions with at least 10 installations as supervisor
+ Ability to run;
+ Lower Completion (SAS, Cased and Open hole gravel pack jobs, Formation Isolation valves)
+ Upper Completion (Single and dual string, Safety Valves, Packers, Intervention)
+ Liner hanger (cemented and uncemented liners, Polish mills, tieback installations)
+ Permanent downhole gauges and Intelligent completion
+ Experienced in redressing Completions equipment
+ Experienced in downhole hydraulics, running tubular design and analysis simulations
+ Experience in land, swamp, offshore and deep-water environments
+ Strong work ethics, QHSE culture and customer focused
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Strong team player with a continuous improvement mindset
+ Ability to learn fast in a dynamic environment
+ Results and service focused
