Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's is a plus)
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in industrial/factory maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex maintenance operations
- Strong understanding of automation systems, preventive maintenance, and lean manufacturing principles
- Familiarity with food processing equipment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
