Supervise ad-hoc staff, monitor inventory, report damages, and ensure compliance with company policies. Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all necessary Equipment needed for events is prepped and ready on time
- Monitor all unfinished goods and ensure that they are stored appropriately
- Monitor all ad hoc Staff and ensure all equipment is handled with care
- Coordinate logistics of equipment from the bakery to the event site and back
- Inspect all equipment after every rental to monitor for mismanagement and ensure the accurate number of items is returned
- Ensure that rentals are done in compliance with the organization's policies
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of inventory
- Report all damaged equipment
- Ensure all equipment is clean and properly kept in the store
- Ensure that events run smoothly on site and that clients are happy with our services.

Role Description
This is a volunteer, hybrid role for an Event Coordinator, with the position located in Lagos but some work from home is acceptable.
The Event Coordinator will be responsible for
Planning and organizing events, managing event logistics.
Coordinating with vendors and participants, ensuring excellent customer service, and working to promote events.
Day-to-day tasks include communicating with stakeholders, handling event inquiries, overseeing event setup and execution, and ensuring all event activities run smoothly.
Help design the event program flow — including sessions, guest experiences, and branding.
Prepare progress reports, checklists, and timelines for the event team.
Ensure all activities reflect Circle60's calm, premium aesthetic and brand identity.
