Qualifications and educational requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree (MBA, MSc) in Business Analytics, Economics, or related discipline is an added advantage.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, or Data Analytics certifications (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau) are desirable.

Required skills

  • Proven experience (3–5 years minimum) as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical/strategic role.
