• Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure system performance at scale.

• Drive integrations with third-party systems, APIs, and external partners.

Governance & Quality

• Implement engineering standards, testing frameworks, and QA processes.

• Maintain technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO, PCI DSS, NDPR).

• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and audit teams to embed security and transparency into systems.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's is a plus).

• Experience: 7+ years in software engineering, 2+ years in technical leadership.

• Strong track record of delivering complex technology projects (fintech, enterprise SaaS, or similar industries).

• Expertise in:

• Backend technologies , Java, or Python).

• Frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Infrastructure & DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).

• Security practices and compliance frameworks.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and strategy.
