Job Description
Location: Remote (initially) → Hybrid (Lagos, Lekki Phase 1 when full-time)
Company: Bodu Studios
About Bodu Studios
Bodu is a creative product and brand studio building digital experiences across apps, websites, and dashboards. We work on in-house ventures and client products that merge design, technology, and strategy. We're looking for a Design-Driven Product Manager to join our team and lead the next wave of projects.
The Role
As a Design-Driven Product Manager, you'll own the roadmap and execution of digital products while collaborating closely with designers and developers. Unlike a traditional PM role, this position requires a strong design sensibility — someone who can jump into Figma to wireframe flows, refine details, and ensure our products not only work well but also look and feel exceptional.
This is a hybrid role for someone who thinks like a product strategist, but with a designer's eye for detail.

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps across multiple Bodu projects (apps, websites, dashboards).
- Write user stories, prioritize backlogs, and align stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product designers to deliver clean, modern, and user-friendly experiences.
- Use Figma for quick iterations, wireframes, and light UX/UI contributions.
- Conduct competitor research and analyze design trends to inspire new product ideas.
- Partner with engineering to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in product management with exposure to digital products (SaaS, apps, or marketplaces).
- Comfort with UX/UI design — you don't need to be a full-time designer, but you know your way around Figma.
- Strong eye for detail and an interest in design trends, accessibility, and usability.
- Excellent communication skills — can bridge the gap between design and engineering.
- Bonus: Experience in startups, design studios, or working on dashboards/multi-platform products.
Compensation & Growth
- Starting: Part-time, ₦150,000/month, remote.
- Transition: If performance metrics are met, the role will move to full-time hybrid (Lekki Phase 1, Lagos) with salary progression up to ₦00,000/month.
- Performance metrics (quality of delivery, meeting timelines, and product impact) will be agreed upon at the start.
- Long-term growth opportunities within Bodu's expanding product ecosystem.
Why Join Bodu
- Work on a variety of products across industries (fashion-tech, real estate, SaaS, lifestyle).
- Be part of a small, fast-moving studio where creativity and detail matter.
- Shape the future of Bodu's in-house and client products.
- Flexible entry (remote) with clear path to hybrid, growth, and leadership.
