Job Description
We are hiring an Electronics Engineer with proven experience in consumer hardware and IoT-enabled product development. You will own the full hardware lifecycle—from circuit design to production—for smart devices that integrate sensors, connectivity, low-power systems, and embedded firmware.
br>You must be hands-on, iterative, and comfortable with tight prototyping-to-production schedules. The ideal candidate understands the challenges of designing mass-producible, cost-efficient, and scalable devices.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware Design & Development
Design analog/digital circuits for battery-powered and AC-powered devices
Select and integrate sensors (temperature, motion, gas, light, etc.) and wireless modules (Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee, LoRa, LTE)
Create schematics and multi-layer PCBs using Altium, KiCad, or Eagle
Optimize for size, power, cost, EMI, and component availability
Lead design reviews for schematic, layout, and DFM readiness
Prototyping & Testing
Rapidly prototype circuits on breadboards, dev boards, or quick-turn PCBs
Perform functional tests and reliability assessments on devices
Debug with oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and JTAG tools
Collaborate with industrial design to fit PCBs into mechanical enclosures
Embedded Systems & IoT Integration
Program microcontrollers (e.g., ESP32, STM32, NRF52, RP2040) in C/C++
Develop or integrate low-level firmware: GPIO, I2C, SPI, ADC/DAC, UART
Interface with IoT platforms via MQTT, HTTP, or WebSocket
Implement OTA update pipelines, bootloaders, and device diagnostics
Coordinate with cloud/backend teams for API testing and edge-case handling
Production & Support
Prepare for manufacturing: BOM, Gerber files, pick-and-place data, test jigs
Work with contract manufacturers for PCB assembly and QA
Support factory testing, calibration, and device provisioning
Troubleshoot and iterate based on feedback from pilots, field tests, or returns
