Job Title: Executive Driver (Confidential)
Location: Abuja br>Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Executive Assistant / Office Manager / CEO
About the Role
A reputable company in Nigeria seeks an experienced, safety-conscious, and discreet “Executive Driver” to provide premium transportation services to senior executives. This role demands unwavering professionalism, punctuality, and absolute confidentiality.
1. Executive Transportation:
- Safely transport company executives to various locations such as house, office, meetings, events, airports, and other engagements.
- Ensure timely arrivals (always 15+ minutes early).
2. Vehicle Management:
- Maintain company vehicles in pristine condition: daily checks, servicing, cleaning.
- Monitor fuel, maintenance logs, and insurance/tax renewals.
3. Confidentiality & Security:
- Exercise discretion regarding executive conversations and company information.
- Adhere to security protocols and report suspicious activities.
4. Logistics Support:
- Plan efficient routes using real-time traffic apps (e.g., Google Maps, Waze).
- Assist with errands (mail delivery, package collection, shopping etc).
5. Professional Conduct:
- Exhibit courtesy, integrity, and presentability in all interactions.
- Assist executives with luggage/documents etc
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Nigerian Driver’s License (Class B or D) with 10+ years of accident-free driving experience. < r>- Minimum SSCE/WAEC; additional certifications (e.g., defensive driving) are “a plus”.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with GPS, traffic apps, and email/SMS for scheduling.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work flexible/long hours when required.
- Clean Record: No criminal history; strong references from past employers.
Non-Negotiable Traits
- Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
- Punctuality: Never keep executives waiting.
- Safety-First: Defensive driving expertise on Nigerian roads.
- Professionalism*: Neat appearance, polite communication, and calm under pressure.
Working Conditions
- Schedule: Flexible hours (early mornings/late evenings, weekends occasionally).
- Environment: Primarily on-road; may include interstate travel.
