The Driver is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of passengers, goods, or materials as directed. This role includes ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained, adhering to traffic regulations and company policies, and providing professional service while interacting with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Transport passengers, goods, or materials safely to their destinations as instructed.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and trip details.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned and maintained regularly, reporting any issues promptly to the appropriate department.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company driving policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and care.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients, staff, and other road users.
• Stay updated on road conditions, alternate routes, and travel schedules.
• Report any accidents or incidents to the management immediately.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Procurement Manager or relevant supervisor.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in understanding and following maps, GPS, and travel schedules.
