This role is central to driving online visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth, while ensuring cost-effective execution in partnership with external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Capture daily photo/video content (kitchen, events, behind-the-scenes, customer stories).
- Manage brand handles (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X).
- Write captions, schedule posts, and ensure brand tone consistency.
Community & Customer Engagement
- Respond to comments, DMs, and online reviews promptly.
- Track customer feedback and escalate service issues to operations.
- Build relationships with creators and influencers for collaborations.
Campaign Execution
- Support flyer/creator card activations and digital campaigns.
- Run small-scale paid ads (boosted posts, local targeting).
- Coordinate SMS/email campaigns using provided templates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs: engagement, follower growth, reach, CTR, and conversions.
- Deliver weekly updates and monthly performance reports.
- Suggest data-driven improvements for campaigns.
Collaboration
- Work with external agencies on editing, advanced content production, and strategic reviews.
- Liaise with kitchen and guest service teams for promotions.
- Support in new product or event launches (local and international)
Requirements
- 3-4 years of hands-on social media management/digital marketing experience (preferably in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands).
- Strong content creation skills (comfortable shooting with phone/camera).
- Proficiency with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut/Adobe basics).
- Knowledge of email/SMS marketing platforms.
