Role Overview
We are seeking a Creative Design & Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative design concepts that align with WakaMi's brand identity.
- Design original graphics, illustrations, infographics, and marketing creatives for campaigns, ads, and promotions.
- Create short-form videos and animations (Reels, TikToks, stories).
- Manage WakaMi's social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
- Maintain and execute a content calendar for consistent posting and engagement.
- Optimize digital content using
SEO best practices
for discoverability across platforms. - Leverage
AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, etc.)
to enhance content creation, workflows, and campaign performance. - Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams on campaigns and promotional materials.

Requirements

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Design & UI/UX Specialist based in Lagos. The specialist will be responsible for creating and designing user interfaces, brainstorming creative strategies, developing branding elements, and writing content. What You'll Do
- Design user-friendly, engaging, and mobile-first UI/UX for the WakaMi platform.
- Develop prototypes and mockups to test and validate product ideas.
- Work on branding elements that bring consistency across product and marketing touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Social Media specialists in creating visually striking graphic assets for digital marketing campaigns (social media, web, ads).
