Our client, a reputable FMCG brand in Nigeria, is seeking Van Sales Representatives to drive sales growth, enhance distribution, and maximize product presence in the market. Key Responsibilities Van Sales & Merchandising : Sell and deliver products directly to assigned customers along designated routes.Sales & Stock Management : Maintain accurate van stock records and apply FIFO to reduce expired goods.Route & Activity Tracking : Follow assigned delivery and sales routes to maximize customer coverage.Reporting & Analytics : Record sales, stock movements, and customer visits through the Account Manager App.Tools & Technology: Proficiently use the company's Account Manager App to perform daily van sales activities.Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Achieve daily route completion and meet sales targets consistently.RequirementsMinimum of OND/HND qualification or equivalent.Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s licenseMinimum of 2 years of experience as a van sales representative, preferably in the FMCG sector.Must own a smartphone with proficiency in smartphone applications, especially data capturing and inventory management appsGood organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications**
+ 7+ years' experience in working in an industry (Financial Service) driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
+ OR bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in an industry (Financial Service), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
+ OR master's degree in business administration AND 4+ years' experience working in an industry (Financial Service), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
+ OR equivalent experience
