About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled HR Analyst with a strong focus on data and reporting to join their team supporting operations in Abeokuta, Ogun, NG . This role is essential for providing data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on various HR metrics, including workforce demographics, recruitment trends, employee turnover, and compensation data. The ideal candidate is proficient in data analysis tools and possesses a keen ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. This hybrid role allows for collaborative work within the office and flexible remote work. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing HR functions and supporting the strategic goals of our client in the Abeokuta region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll, and recruitment systems.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends and patterns in HR data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, employee turnover, compensation, and diversity.
  • Assist in workforce planning and forecasting activities based on data analysis.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all HR reporting.
  • Support HR projects by providing data analysis and insights.
  • Stay updated on HR analytics best practices and emerging trends.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Human Resources, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Analyst or in a similar data-focused HR role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with HRIS systems and databases.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Good understanding of HR principles and metrics.
  • Experience working in the Ogun state region is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
