Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Infrastructure Design & Management

• Architect, deploy, and manage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure for high-availability applications.

• Set up containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (GKE or similar).
• Design and manage network architecture, including VPCs, subnets, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Automate environment setup using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Optimize cloud costs while maintaining system performance and reliability.

DevOps & CI/CD Automation

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple projects using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Cloud Build.
• Automate deployment workflows across staging, testing, and production environments.
• Manage source control branching strategies and release pipelines.
• Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (e.g., Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana).

ERP & Application Integration

• Deploy and manage ERPNext or similar ERP platforms on GCP.
• Integrate ERP systems with external applications (Shopify, payment gateways, logistics APIs, etc.) using secure APIs.
• Configure databases (PostgreSQL / MariaDB) for performance, replication, and disaster recovery.
• Maintain high data consistency and uptime across ERP and e-commerce integrations.

Security & Compliance

• Implement and maintain IAM (Identity and Access Management) policies and service accounts.
• Ensure compliance with data security, backup, and disaster recovery standards.
• Conduct vulnerability scans and apply regular security patches.
• Set up and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) across services and containers.

Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting

• Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, cost, and latency.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to application performance, networking, or infrastructure.
• Collaborate with developers to optimize cloud-native applications for performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering.
• Proven experience designing and deploying infrastructure on GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Run, IAM, Cloud Storage, VPCs, Pub/Sub, CloudSQL).
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go for automation and scripting.
• Strong experience with Linux server administration and networking fundamentals.
• Advanced knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
• Hands-on experience with ERPNext, Frappe Framework, or similar ERP deployments.
