Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.Develop contingency plans for unforeseen challenges.Requirements Qualifications Proven experience as a COO or in a senior operational leadership role within the experiential marketing or related industry.Strong understanding of experiential marketing processes and best practices.Demonstrated success in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership.Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
