What You’ll Do < r>
Design promotional graphics, flyers, banners, and motion posts for social media and in-app use.
Create short animated or video content to drive engagement and educate users about Plupera features.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visuals that align with Plupera’s brand voice. < r>Contribute visual content ideas for campaigns, events, blog posts, and app promotions.
Participate in weekly creative meetings and report design progress through our task system.
Optional: Use AI tools like to create scalable content when applicable.
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
A strong passion for digital design, branding, and social media visuals.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, or CapCut.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or AI-generated design is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet weekly creative deadlines.
Willingness to learn, share ideas, and iterate on feedback.
A portfolio (can be Google Drive/Instagram/Canva) to showcase past work.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of metadata standards, music rights, and the technical infrastructure of digital distribution. They will manage a team and workflow that ensures artists and labels experience seamless release rollouts while maintaining quality, compliance, and platform integrity."
Job Description
1. Content Ingestion & Delivery
a. Manage and oversee the entire delivery pipeline for music and video content across all supported DSPs.
b. Ensure timely and accurate ingestion of releases, including proper formatting of metadata, audio, and artwork assets.
c. Maintain and troubleshoot automated and manual delivery systems, ensuring high success rates and minimal rejections.
d. Liaise with DSPs to resolve ingestion issues, takedown requests, and metadata conflicts.
2. Metadata & Compliance
a. Enforce metadata and content guidelines in accordance with DSP standards (DDEX, ISRC, ISWC, UPC).
b. Validate rights ownership and ensure all releases meet copyright, publishing, and territorial restrictions.
c. Collaborate with legal and rights management teams to resolve ownership disputes or flag content risks.
3. Workflow Optimization & Process Management
a. Develop and implement efficient workflows for catalog onboarding, priority release handling, and content QC.
b. Lead initiatives to reduce delivery errors, improve turnaround times, and enhance client satisfaction.
c. Identify and execute process improvements to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
