Key Responsibilities:
Capture and create user-generated content from the store.
Edit and enhance videos using CapCut or other editing tools.
Develop engaging brand stories from provided content, making them relatable and conversion-focused.
Curate content specifically designed for social media ads and organic reach.
Upload and optimize content to maximize engagement.
Take ownership of content strategy and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Posting Frequency: Maintain a structured content calendar to Schedule and Post Reels and Posts 3 times and 5-7 Stories Daily.
Video Quality & Engagement: Ensure all content is high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned.
Ad-Ready Content: Develop content specifically designed to drive conversions in paid ads.
Creativity & Independence: Ability to take and run with instructions, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Work Schedule:
Hybrid role – required to work in-office twice a week in Garki, Abuja.
Flexible hours outside in-office days, as long as content deadlines are met.
Ideal Candidate:
Proactive, creative, and able to work independently.
Strong video editing skills (CapCut preferred).
Understands social media trends and how to create content that sells.
Must be willing to take instructions and execute independently.
