Job Position: Customer Service Sales Representative

Job Location: Mushin, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative located in Lagos. The representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, processing orders, and maintaining customer accounts.
  • They will also be tasked with upselling and cross-selling products, addressing customer complaints, and working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of an OND in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Applicants must live within Idi Araba, Mushin, Oshodi, Itire, Surulere, Cele, Onipanu and Ilasamaja axis
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Must be between 22 and 27 years
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus, but is not a must as long as you have a can-do attitude.

Salary

N80,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
