About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional and presentable demeanor, and a passion for identifying top talent.
As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various roles and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
● Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals. < r>
● Conduct initial phone or video screenings and assess candidate suitability < r>
● Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. < r>
● Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). < r>
● Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams. < r>
● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. < r>
● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs. < r>
● Present candidates in a polished and professional manner that reflects the company's standards. < r>
Requirements:
● Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house) preferred. < r>
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. < r>
● Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; must be presentable and professional in remote interactions. < r>
● Proficiency in using ATS, recruitment tools, and sourcing techniques. < r>
● Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment. < r>
