Job Summary

The Research Analyst will play a vital role in supporting consulting projects by providing structured research, data analysis, and actionable insights. This position is ideal for an early-career professional (1–2 years' experience, including internships or NYSC) who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct desk research and data gathering on markets, industries, competitors, and consumer trends.
  • Assist in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify insights.
  • Support the development of research reports, presentations, and briefing materials for client stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry news and policies relating to client's sector
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure research aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Present findings in a clear and structured manner.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in research, consulting, data analysis, or related fields (internships and NYSC experience count).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Curious mindset and willingness to learn quickly.
