Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Security Administrator located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Network Security Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' network infrastructure. Daily tasks include network administration, network security measures, troubleshooting network issues, implementing cybersecurity strategies, and maintaining information security protocols to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven
    2years
    experience as a Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar IT role.
  • Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
  • Familiarity with Microsoft/Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
  • Ability to troubleshoot network issues effectively
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Information Security practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and systems
  • Relevant certification such as CISSP, CompTIA Network+, Fortinet NSE, Sophos or CCNA Security is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
