Education
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication or the Humanities.

Core Responsibilities
Lead marketing execution and growth initiatives:
- Implement strategies developed by the Marketing Strategist.
- Manage digital and offline campaigns that drive sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for higher ROI.
Oversee brand communication and content development:
- Supervise creation of marketing and communications materials (social media, press releases, newsletters, videos, etc.).
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
- Manage internal and external communications to strengthen brand reputation.
Drive customer and revenue growth:
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to convert leads into revenue opportunities.
- Develop customer engagement initiatives that support retention and loyalty.
Manage public relations and media engagement:
- Build and sustain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
- Coordinate PR campaigns and press coverage for key announcements and events.
Monitor campaign and communication performance:
- Measure engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
- Report performance insights to management and recommend areas for improvement.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration:
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Tech teams to ensure alignment of marketing and communication activities.
- Support product launches, events, and promotional campaigns.
Manage budgets and external resources:
- Allocate marketing and communication budgets efficiently.
- Supervise agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or growth management
- Proven experience executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with real estate or PropTech industry trends.
