4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Feedback
· Work closely with product, sourcing, and customer success teams to relay client feedback and coordinate solutions.
· Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and issue resolution.
· Assist in preparing internal reports on account performance, client health, and deal status.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· –4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles.
· Proven experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
