Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day project activities on-site to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Requirements

This is a leadership role focused on delivering output targets, improving processes, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct daily production operations across multiple shifts.
  • Apply Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and lean manufacturing practices to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
  • Ensure production targets are achieved while controlling waste and reducing unit costs.
  • Manage shift schedules, workforce allocation, and production line productivity.
  • Uphold strict compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards on the shop floor.

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts and enforce adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with TPM, 5S, and other lean tools
  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Daily Production Operations:

  • Organise and manage daily chinchin production to meet targets.
  • Ensure products meet quality, weight, and texture standards.

    Keep the production area clean, safe, and well-organised.

Team Supervision:

  • Manage and guide a small team (2–3 people).
  • Train staff on proper procedures and safety.

Inventory & Material Control:

  • Track raw materials, ingredients, and packaging stock.
  • Work with the procurement team to make sure materials are available on time.

Requirements:

  • Experience producing chinchin or similar snacks is highly preferred.
