Job Description
As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions to our clients.
br>Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
-Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
-Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships.
-Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demands.
-Prepare proposals, sales contracts, and reports for senior management.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
-Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). < r>-Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or consulting roles.
-Strong understanding of market research and sales strategies.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
-Experience in sales industries, e.g., technology, finance is preferred.
-Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
